Sharp Motor Group is a multi-franchised automotive group with a unique NSW/Queensland cross border location. We are currently looking for a committed Senior Sales Manager with a demonstrated ability to lead, encourage and drive your sales team and  aftermarket  departments, whilst developing your peers. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our Sales Managers actively engage with their respective teams, ensuring KPI's and monthly targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand awareness.

  • Previous automotive management experience

You will be responsible for: 

  • Monitoring New and Used sales departments to ensure monthly targets are achieved
  • Proactively engaging with Sales Managers and staff to keep abreast of daily floor traffic, phone and internet enquiry
  • Fostering constant communication between sales, F&I, and Aftermarket Departments.
  • Ensuring Sales Managers and Consultants continue to provide exceptional customer service
  • Generating various internal and external reports and presentations
  • Developing and implenting sales campaigns and incentive programs
