An opportunity has now arisen for a Business (Store) Manager to join our operation based in Rockhampton. This key objective of this role is to build profitability with an effective sales strategy. You will be championing and inspiring team members to provide a high level of customer service excellence whilst maintaining a continued growth of the store and the Campbells brand.
What you'll do:
- Driving the performance of the store to achieve sales and financial targets
- Ensuring and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Visual merchandising and store maintenance
- Managing day to day operations of the store
- Mentoring, training and coaching staff
- Managing and maintaining of the security and safety of the store
