ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a new member of our high-achieving sales retention team that will help us achieve some big goals. You're a hunter. You're a closer. You're a sales and customer service professional with demonstrable experience in the sales industry. Enthusiastic, positive and ambitious.

As our new Business Account Manager (BAM) your focus will be to supplement and support our sales team to grow our share of wallet. The kinds of Telco and ICT products & services you sell into your customers will be dictated by their current and future needs, so your ability to analyse the needs of the client will be paramount to your success. They will look to you to provide fit for purpose solutions to satisfy their mobile, fixed-line, cloud, and data needs.

You'll be enthusiastic, positive and ambitious. A hunter, but with a strong customer focus. Prior experience with Optus, especially in a retail environment, would be an advantage but not essential.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Demonstrable sales experience and relationship building skills.
  • Telecommunications and/or IT sales experience.
  • Desire to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's.
  • A professional approach and positive attitude to your work.
  • A commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • The ability to work as a team to achieve overall targets.
