They have a unique commercial energy saving proposition and a number of great case studies to support their offering.

Phillip Riley has been instructed to search and select for an opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join this growing business and in particular the tremendous potential in Melbourne and Victoria. The purpose of this position is to create and implement a strategy for client engagement, undertake agreed business development activities and approaches, meet agreed commercial and sales objectives whilst building long term partnerships with the target audience.

 Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
  • Develop an agreed plan and Identify market opportunities
  • Implement the plan & achieve agreed sales quota and objectives
  • Attend Trade Shows, industry functions and build relevant relationships 
  • Manage the sales process to final completion and sign off
  • Market / Sell the geothermal product directly
  • Develop relationships with key product specifiers in chosen market sectors
  • Influence and condition the market through engagement into industry forums, architects & consulting engineers
The successful candidate will:
  • Be a strategic thinker & sales hunter, who is organised and possesses exceptional analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Have a strong understanding and personal networks within the Australian  building services and construction industry ie Residential and Commercial developers, construction building services and architects 
  • Be capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable and proven  business development or sales experience in the energy or power or building services.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of recognised solution sales methodologies
