Your Role ...
As a Leasing Consultant at Maxxia you will be joining a team of well trained professionals, working in a very fast paced and busy environment.  In conjunction to managing your own portfolio you will receive qualified leads to educate, manage and ultimately convert.  Your ability to quickly build rapport and efficiently close leads will be the keys to your success.  Knowledge of salary packaging, leasing and financing a vehicle would be an advantage.

• Experience working and succeeding in a fast paced sales driven role 
• Experience and comfort when working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks according to strict timelines
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
