Sales Agent Job Description

Our Sales Agent (or as we call them our Change Agent) has brilliant people skills and loves to work in a role that combines their passion for sales with their enthusiasm for all things health and fitness. They are driven to SMASH their sales targets, not just meet them, as they are inspired to help our clients and our prospects to realise their dreams of transforming their minds and body. They are empathetic to the needs of our clients, however know when they need to be firm. Our Change Agents are solution focused, communicate at an exceptional level and are organised in all their administrative tasks. Finally, they are a team player and excited about infusing the Ultimate You culture in their day to day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly contact leads provided to maximise appointments and sales
• Managing and qualifying client enquiries
• Maintaining and growing our client database
• Meet all KPI's & Targets
• Having a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
