RACV have an outstanding opportunity for an innovative Club Membership Business Development Manager to take responsibility for the direct selling of Club memberships for our Club.

 

The key accountabilities of this role will include, but are not limited to identifying potential members by and through membership drives, associated corporate companies, residential developments located in the environs of our Club and through member campaigns.  In addition, maintaining ongoing maintenance of these relationships is expected to ensure that sales targets are met.

 

About you

 

  • A solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Highly driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Strong customer service ethics.
  • Previous experience in or a sound understanding of a membership based organisation.
  • Proven ability to enhance a culture of team work, innovation and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles.
  • A working knowledge of relevant internal systems (OPERA).
