Direct Sales Executive

 

ASKIN Performance Panels is the largest manufacturer and installer of insulated, fire rated and architectural facade systems based out of offices throughout Australia, operating in commercial, industrial and retail building projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional with credible sales experience to drive our revenue results to the highest level.

This role encompasses relationship building, tendering, preparing of estimates and cost planners and selling to the major project space across the region.

  • This role is responsible for the front end of Business Development
  • The ability to present to our customers engineering solution and premium products.
  • Manage designated accounts by maximizing time in front of customers and achieving call frequencies consistent with the level of current market potential
  • Understand the importance of delivering regular reports to a high standard.
  • Liaising with customers, engineers, and design teams.

Reporting directly to the GM, Sales and Construction, this is a key role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the business in a buoyant market.Your base will be at the Elizabeth SA  facility  and we will be negotiating a competitive salary package that recognizes your ability to get results.

Insulated Panel or Construction Industry experience would be highly regarded, however it is the proven ability to drive results that will stand you apart from other candidates.

Other than selling, selling and more selling, the role involves:

  • Liaising internally and externally on dispatch and production requirements; and
  • Follow up clients and complete satisfaction check on all major construction projects
  • Provide monthly reports to senior management
  • Resolution of customer issues.

The successful candidate will be required to possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and Sales management skills
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of insulated panels
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel and Outlook and ideally (but not critical) Pronto exposure.
