- $150 Base + Super OTE $250K & Uncapped Commission

Talenza have been engaged to source a Regional Account Manager - NSW & Queensland for a Hot Cloud Based Tech Software company with Head Offices based in Melbourne and International Offices in San Francisco. This role will be based in Sydney. They are a Tech Start Up with hundreds of customers in 20+ countries, who have emerged as a force in the global marketplace. They are well on the way to moving to a Global Network Management firm, and their technology, people and products are world-class

What you will do:
- The Regional Account Manager will drive sales and business growth and expansion to maximise profitability and manage the sales execution with Channel Partners and Customers.
- You will also be responsible the leadership of the Sales Executives in Sydney and Brisbane.
- Manage the partnerships with key telecommunications and managed service providers to expand and maximise sales revenue
- Manage all pre-sales activities

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience selling at, with or to a Telco.
- Candidates with Telstra or Optus links (both in an internal or external roles) would be an advantage.
- Candidates who have operated in the Network Visibility space e.g. Riverbed Technology, Cisco, Palo Alto, or Cisco Meraki are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for technology and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
