The Role

The Sales Kaizen Manager is primarily responsible for retail development, sales project management activities including planning, coordination, vendor management, financial forecasting and overall project visualisation and reporting. This ensures delivery of corporate sales volumes, service standards and dealership profitability.


What will you do?

  • Implements and reviews agreed Business Planning systems, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve Retail Development objectives.
 

  • Provides advice on and assists managers in the development of policies and standards that support the Dealer operation sales in order to service customers and align activities to the overall retail development objectives.
 

  • Acts as liaison between Divisions, Regions, the Dealer network and TMC in relation to business planning, reporting, process improvement, sales business improvement initiatives and information sharing. Resolves complex issues and implements countermeasures to achieve incremental growth for TMCA.
 

  • Provides specialist support in the analyses, research and development of various activities, including developing research methodologies, market reviews, research and case studies. Identifies new opportunities within the market to achieve growth development and implementation of project plans in order to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost.
 

  • Coordinates and facilitates National Business and Regional Operations forums to ensure that national business plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
 

  • Monitors and analyses performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required in order to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved.
 

  • Updates and maintains reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
 
What are we looking for?

  • Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or equiv
  • 5+ years accumulative experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Understanding of the business and commercial drivers
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and achieve outcomes in a complex environment
