We are looking to hire a National Sales Manager who is passionate about harnessing the power of a thriving company and its resources, with the responsibility of the development of the Sales Strategy that ensures the National team objectives are met and that the Sales resources and functions are connected to continue to achieve amazing growth results.  The National Sales Manager role is accountable for the businesses sales performance of all existing and new clientele.

To be successful in this role, you must naturally be able to engage and develop team sales activities that consistently hit and exceed targets, and want to lead a talented team of individuals who create quality client solutions and so much more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team in generating a healthy sales pipeline with new and existing clients within your individual and broader team portfolios  
  • Hit the company sales target by developing creative client-led solutions and recommendations to Industry targets and Key Accounts growth requirements
  • As required, working with our product teams, develop custom sales proposals and presentations and present content-led solutions to clients
  • Devise innovative and creative ways for team members to engage with a highly targeted client led activities.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • 3+ years experience in leading sales, ideally working with digital and information management solutions
  • A proven sales record, sales process and motivation that delivers consistent track record in meeting and exceeding sales budgets and targets
  • Excellent communication and people management skills including establishing credibility and building effective internal and external working loyal relationships
  • Self-motivation to drive the team of BDMs in developing new business opportunities.
  • A passionate and collaborative attitude along with a mindset of engaging a team to achieve desired company growth targets.
