About the role
In this role, you will be reporting to and working closely with the General Sales Manager and Dealer Principal. Your role is to deliver an outstanding experience for our client's customers and drive the result in their Used Car department through your leadership and skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales for the Used Car Department
- Maintaining strong sales ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Management of department including 2 salespeople
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Assist actively in the management of stock especially aged vehicles
- Full HR and P&L accountability
- Industry experience in a vehicle sales/management role
- Proven ability to mentor/coach
- Dealership experience in working with manufacturers
- Knowledge of MS Office software packages
