About the business and the role
Conceptual Brands is the Australian importer of trade only haircare brands; milk_shake, URBAN TRIBE + DEPOT Male Tools & Co.
With some of the fastest growing brands in the professional market, we are seeking an experienced professional to represent these lines in the hairdressing + barbering market.
Job tasks and responsibilities
_ Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective clients through a relationship-based approach.
_ Educates on existing product lines to prospective and current clients
_ Develop tailor-made business proposals for clients with the launch of new lines through education, events, sales and marketing.
_ Sources leads to develop prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
_ Participates in the suggested direction of education, events, marketing and sales.
_ Participates in company events, trade shows + conventions.
_ The territory position is Brisbane CBD, Southside, Gold Coast & NSW Northern Rivers.
Skills and experience
Must possess a minimum 6 years' sales experience in the hairdressing or barbering industry. Is personable, adaptable and has a professional and fashionable image.
Demonstrated aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships and problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must be social media sayy + aware of industry trends.
