THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager role is an exciting opportunity for ambitious & motivated sales people looking to significantly contribute to the growth of the business. Your mission will be to identify, create and close new qualified opportunities in medium-sized companies and large enterprises to help grow and develop the business in Australia.
You will be responsible for:

  • The full 360 sales cycle. Manage sales cycles, from prospecting to close and present to campaigns and content to C-Level executives.
  • Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships by understanding their complex business challenges and becoming a trusted advisor.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
We are looking for people who are success-driven, fast-paced, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. You will have:

  • At least 2 years B2B sales experience dealing with at least 75% of the sales cycle.
  • Experience in software or professional services.
  • Intelligence, humility and a personal focus on career progression.

Base Salary of $70K + Super + Uncapped Commissions ($110K OTE package).
