TIMG is one of Australia’s great digital innovators, delivering smart and secure information management solutions to Australia’s best and brightest companies. We now seek an experienced Account Manager to join our operations in Canberra.
General Purpose
Your role will involve building relationships with existing clients as well as new account acquisition by identifying and hunting new business opportunities.
Role will involve
- Identifying, research & developing new prospects
- Placing outbound calls, fielding inbound calls and emails
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders, quotes and proposals
- Ensuring all enquiries/concerns are followed up within required time frames
- Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated customer complaints and dissatisfaction
- Acting as a TIMG representative to maintain positive relationships with all customers
Attributes
- Previous Direct Marketing, Client Care or Account Management experience.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Experience and knowledge of legal and records management industry
- Experience working towards targets
- Proven track record in dealing with all level of decision makers
- Strong customer service record and rapport building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above average knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Impeccable phone manner
- High attention to detail and research skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Problem solver and resilient
- Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
