Sales Development Representative - Pre IPO Cyber Security business - one of the HOTTEST MARKETS right now!
This is a chance to join the fastest growing company in one of the most lucrative markets within technology right now CYBER SECURITY. Due to growth and additional funding they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work from their Melbourne CBD office. They offer fantastic career progression and highly competitive base salary + bonus as well as a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, responding to all enquiries.
- Prospecting into targeted markets, coordinating with marketing in a lead generation effort, and qualifying prospective customers for field sales via inbound and outbound calls
- Generate new business leads via conferences and trade show events
- Cross-sell and up-sell where an opportunity presents itself
Key Requirements
- Experience in a lead generation role or customer service, ideally within the software or the technology industry or an interest in cyber security (minimum 1-2 years)
- Great relationship building skills or very customer service oriented
- Well- developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Resilient, tenacious and persistent
- Self- motivated and performance driven
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
