The role offers a challenging opportunity for a highly competent and motivated individual to play a crucial role within a well-regarded organisation. The Senior Key Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. A high degree of technical knowledge and proven success in client management within the Fire Services industry is preferred. 

You will be responsible for:

• Leadership - Provide leadership and direction to Key Account Management team members to achieve overall business objectives.

• Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs within the organisation to ensure quality.

• Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

• Comprehensive understanding of FVS's capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate and ethical methods and relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular two-way communication between the client and service delivery team to facilitate the development of profitable business, sustainable relationships and knowledge of service delivery in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.

• Responsible for client conflict resolution, compliance on client deliverables and resolving issues promptly.

• Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years account management experience in a client service driven organization, be self-motivated and possess strong written & verbal communication skills.  Computer and administration skills are essential.  You will need the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.

• Proven management skills in achieving results, including financial, goal setting, planning and review.

• Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment (Fire Protection Industry background preferred).
