Purpose of role:


Working in a team of 3, provide daily end user support to colleagues with Sales and Marketing, ensuring data is readily available to ensure Blackmores meets it’s objectives and profit targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis
  • Daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity of the system and key processes
  • Support issue resolution in conjunction with Dynamics 365 Platform Lead, key users and external software vendors
  • Execute continuous improvement of platforms through enhancements, integrations, process improvement while maintaining system integrity
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify business improvement requirements for BAU tasks and how they can be delivered via the Sales applications
  • Support systems training across all teams by delivering, facilitating or supporting training initiatives to achieve a consistent benchmark amongst users

Who are you?


Tertiary educated in either an IT or business related subject, you have previous experience supporting a sales and marketing team with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems. You understand the back-end of CRM systems, demonstrate a high level of business acumen and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.


Highly analytical, you have a strong customer focus, follow procedures and can present information effectively. Advanced MS Office skills and an FMCG background is highly advantageous.
