Your responsibilities…
- Driving business with a variety of residential builders and architects
- Generating specifications and presenting the product to a variety of residential builders and architects
- Negotiations on terms, supply and pricing
- Planning and reporting on your client portfolio
- Trouble shooting, problem solving, making recommendations on products
- CRM use, reporting and building a pipeline of sales
- Undertaking market analysis, monitoring competitor activity
You are…
- Proven track record of success as a BDM and business planning in a B2B sales environment
- Outstanding communication skills; written and oral
- Not afraid to ask for an order and chase business
- Able to communicate with a wide cross section of the community - able to talk with trades and builders on site and be able to provide a boardroom presentation
- Business acumen and planning along with strong organisation skills
- Ability to pick up technical product information quickly
- Ability to understand product aesthetics
- Previous sales to build residential builders is an advantage, but not essential. Strong BDM skills in a B2B environment is a must!
