Schulte Sales Australia has been servicing the Farming community of Australia for the past 30 years. Selling heavy duty slashers and rock removal equipment throughout a the Ag sector as well as citrus and macadamia industry, also suppling councils, airports and contractors to government departments.
Assist in management of distributorship, marketing in all areas including advertising, face to face contact with clients, fielding service calls, attending national field days, budgeting, responsible for achieving sales goals, and working in close conjunction with our production manager. Motivating all field staff to be sales orientated and servicing our 32 national dealers when required.
This is a long term position for the right person that over a period of time should grow into a general management position if performance is proven. Remuneration will be reviewed on success and achievement of set goals.
Demonstrated management skills, experience and a willingness to learn the trade. Accountancy background an advantage but not essential, good communicator and people skills is essential. The right person will be highly self motivated, honest, probably between the ages of 40-55 years of age and be able to travel when required. Current drivers license.
