East West Engineering is Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of Forklift, Crane and Materials Handling equipment.
We seek an experienced salesperson to join our busy team in the Northern Beaches (Brookvale) head office.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales and customer support enquiries for our extensive range of material handling equipment. This includes:
- Assessing customer's technical requirements
- Preparing quotes (plus follow-up)
- Sales order entry
- Assist with freight arrangements
To be successful, you must demonstrate a customer focus approach and ability to develop and maintain strong on-going relationships with new and established clients.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in the forklift and MHE industry or a similar technical sales role is preferable
- Qualifications in engineering or similar technical background an advantage
- Proven ability in sales & account management
- Mechanically minded
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong computer & presentation skills
- A current Australian drivers licence is preferred
