Our Managed Print Services team is now recruiting for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, consistently achieving or exceeding targets, together with knowledge or understanding of the Printing and Document Solutions Industry. Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to seek out new opportunities, you will focus on building a strong pipeline as well as developing and growing our existing customers.

As our Enterprise Account Manager, Managed Print Services, you will have the opportunity to:-

  • Be responsible for managing and developing HP’s largest strategic Enterprise accounts
  • C-level partnering, contributing to enduring executive relationships at the highest levels of the client's organization
  • Approach selling from a business solution perspective to ensure that HP products and services accurately address the customer/client's true business need in terms of type, scope, level
  • Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the sales pipeline and drive pursuit
  • Development of quota objectives and future direction for defined product category
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position HP’s products and services better.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Direct and coordinate supporting sales activities for the extended team to ensure all customer deliverables are met

Are you a high flier?  To be successful in this role, you should have:-

  • Business degree or directly related sales experience within the IT/managed services sector
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface
  • Sound knowledge of product, solution or service offerings as well as competitor’s offerings to be able to sell large solutions
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated, with a track record of integrating this knowledge into consultative selling
  • Ability to apply program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful pursuit
  • Experience in enterprise customer managed business environments in the commercial and public sectors with the ability to demonstrate existing strong c-level customer relationships
  • Funnel hygiene opportunity management and ability to handle the detail whilst driving a balanced funnel outcome and helping the business close deals
  • An outcome and goal orientated approach and proven ability to drive opportunity and sales territory planning
  • Experience of collaborating with management and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities.
  • Experience of cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth, and position HP as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs
  • Ability to leverage HP’s portfolio and change the playing field on our competitors.
  • Good knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.
