Key Responsibilities:
Contacting and nurturing potential clients
Detailed and accurate listing presentations
Managing the vendors sale from listing to settlement
Follow up on all buyer enquiries
Actively engage with prospects and clients using a strong social media presence

To be successful, the applicant must have:
Driver's license essential
Self-motivation and results driven
Ideally at least 1 years real estate experience
Real Estate agent License or certificate of registration with up-to-date CPD
Skilled negotiator with a proven sales history
Honest and trust worthy with strong ethics
Familiar with real estate CRM
Works well autonomously
Excellent referral network & reputation
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change & follow systems easily
Team player and flexible
Client focused with a passion for real estate
