Roza's Gourmet has a great opportunity for a passionate foodie to join our Perth based Sales Team, driving distribution and growth. This role is ideal for a candidate with sales experience who is looking for flexibility and autonomy in a fast-growing company.
To be successful in this role, you'll be an outgoing and commercially savvy person with a "can do" attitude. Covering stockists across Northern Perth, you will be comfortable working from your home office and spending time on the road approximately 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with our customers to provide professional customer service and business development support.
- Sourcing and establishing relationships with new potential retail stockists and food-service customers.
- Taking customer orders over the phone and keying into our CRM
- Sales presentations and attendance at trade shows.
- Implement in-store marketing and promotional strategies, including conducting in-store tastings (2 Saturdays per month)
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
- Work autonomously to achieve the workload and take initiative when in-store.
- Recording and reporting progress and key outcomes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales
- Knowledge of gourmet foods and a passion for natural products
- Experience working with gourmet grocers, deli & cafe owners, IGA's, and other potential stockists desirable
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Extremely well organised and efficient
- Independent and trustworthy
- Hold a current driving licence, have your own vehicle, and internet access
- Ability to travel regionally when required.
