The Role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager VIC, the Account Manager is responsible for the effective in-field management of a Victorian territory demonstrating value to distributors, end users & prospects alike.
The market environment is dynamic and complex requiring successful sales teams to be able to clearly demonstrate compelling solutions across multiple parties within virtually all industry segments.

The Person
You will have experience in the B2B channel, able to demonstrate an understanding of value added selling concepts, along with the ability to sell solutions not just products. Your ability to build and maintain strong current relationships whilst winning new business is critical to your success in this role.
Applicants will need to demonstrate success with a proven ability to deliver and exceed on sales budgets, influence decision makers at procurement level as well as the necessary skills to manage conflicting priorities day to day.
Skills aligned to a professional sales position including CRM, Office, commercial acumen and a degree qualification are considered highly desirable for this role and future development within the organisation.
Experience with the TORK product, or similar hygiene brand would be highly advantageous.
