We are currently looking for a top performing New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team.

Our ideal applicant will be an inspiring leader who has a track record of success in automotive sales, a good understanding of the current automotive market, and the ability to step up and lead from the front.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • A good knowledge of sales processes and department operations
  • Well-developed people-handling and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • A good understanding of customer objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes
  • Confident computer skills - able to pick up new systems
You'll be responsible for leading our New Vehicle Sales team, ensuring that department KPIs are achieved and that we maintain exceptional CSI scores at all times. The successful applicant will need to share our vision to deliver the ultimate customer service experience.
