Are you a Sales Team Leader with commercial and strategic acumen, who can implement strategic sales plans to deliver growth, profitability and market share?
Our client, a leader in the Exhibition Solutions & Printing industry with a long history of success is seeking a highly driven Sales Team Leader to manage and inspire their sales team to drive revenue growth.
Join a fast-growing business that specialises in custom design stands, event fit-outs and print solutions for major clients throughout Australia.
This exciting leadership role has uncapped potential where you will receive a generous commission on top of your base salary when you meet and exceed individual and sales team KPIs.
About the role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales people
- Generate and steer strategic sales plans to deliver growth, profitability and market share
- Create and manage the annual sales budget
- Manage the inbound/outbound sales process
- Create and manage the sales calendar and launch process
- Create targets, incentives, and goals for individual salespeople and the team
- Manage recruiting and on-boarding of new team members
- Create and implement training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
- Accurately forecast on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet and exceed quotas
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on regular basis
About you:
- Extensive experience leading a sales team
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to build a cohesive sales team that drives revenue growth
- Ability to set creative targets, incentives and goals for sales teams
- Proven experience leading outbound sales strategies
