Arden Homes is one of Melbourne's fastest growing builders. With award winning designs we offer a range of flexible home plans to cater for every market. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, positive and energetic New Home Consultant to join our sales team and operate out of our brand new Display in Torquay.  

Your Responsibilities include:

• Represent Arden Homes and assist clients on building and designing their dream home with our award winning floor plans and high quality products.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with industry knowledge
• Able to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability to manage and maintain positive client relationships with exceptional customer service and prompt follow up. 
• Display strong communication skills
• Actively manage your customer data base

About You:

• Successful previous experience in  new homes sales or real estate background
• Consistently meet sales targets
• Can-do attitude with a solution orientated approach
• Ability to work autonomously
• Highly motivated and committed to continuously learning and improving
• Have exceptional organisation and time-management skills
• An ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively at all times
