We are offering a position in an experienced sales team where the successful applicant will receive support and training in product knowledge.

This is open to an experienced salesperson or somebody wishing to join the field. Support and training in product knowledge

Duties and responsibilities include

• Develop and maintain the company to be a first choice supplier for customers.
• Deliver and foster a quality internal and external customer service focus by establishing positive relationships between the Sales, Service and Parts teams, customers and suppliers.
• Ensure sales opportunities are maximised by maintaining existing customers and effectively catering for the needs of new accounts.
• Implement the sales team planning objectives for wholegoods and finance through a range of customer focussed activities.
• Develop and maintain an appropriate customer contact database
• Liaise with manufacturers regarding technical, promotion and pricing issues
• Train customer on correct, safe use of equipment
• Maintain all required documentation according to policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development of initiatives such as identification of new markets, potential new products/services and the identification.

It is full time position with great remuneration package available does not necessarily need to be based full-time in Crystal Brook.
