About the client
Our client are searching for a new QLD Business Development Manager for their growing business who are one of Australia's most exciting and fastest growing marketing and advertising companies in the Real Estate industry.
 
About the role
As the BDM for Queensland, you will be focused on sales to our Real Estate, Development and Commercial clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves and has experience in property and sales and has all the benefits of a sales agent without the 7-day working week.
 
Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Generating sales to new and existing client bases
• Participating and presenting at industry conferences 
• Establishing new client relationships and maintaining the CRM database
• Showing initiative and offering any suggestions for continual improvement in the products and business model.

About you:

• A self-motivator 
• Goal orientated 
• Passionate for sales and property
• Experience in building rapport
• Ability to work remotely from home and around the South East QLD using own car.

The role will have a base salary of $60,000 plus quarterly bonuses based on a commission structure. Lots of career progression and opportunity to work with a company going through a major growth phase.
