Job specifics:
- This is a full time position and is available for an immediate start.
- We are offering attractive salary potential with strong sales and performance incentives
- Member administration and customer care
- Hitting sales targets through excellent customer service and consistent follow up
- Portray a proactive approach to lead generation
- Effective management of membership database
- Up-sell techniques to grow portfolio and encourage new customers to sign up for PT packages, premier memberships, etc
- Assisting with gym tidiness ensuring overall exceptional presentation of gym areas
- A passionate focus on customer service and interaction
