Randstad are recruiting for a well-established international technology company. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the development of their presence in the Australian Market.
You will be working for an innovative technology company who specialise in real-time, multichannel, digital offers, vouchers and rewards that are issued and redeemed through market leading software platforms. You will be targeting the following verticals: Retail, Food & Beverage, brand, Grocery and Food Services.
The business has proven success internationally having grown from 1 employee to over 150 employees in the past 14 years. The Australian operation will have a “start-up” mentality and you will be working closely and reporting directly to the Country Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Market research and analysis
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting
- Leverage customer and professional relationships to identify & develop key strategic initiatives and alliances
- Uncover business needs to produce and present solution based business proposals
- Work with Product Management to identify Product localisation requirements
- Business meetings - networking and partnerships business development
- Manage own forecast and management of CRM records
- Attend industry events for knowledge and networking purposes
- Perform other job-related duties and activities as requested
Skills required:
- Ability to learn additional sales skills through training and on-the-job experiences
- Understands the move to digital marketing
- Ability to work in a highly competitive and fast paced sales environment
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to analyse business results, generate reports, and build presentations
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees and external clients at board & senior management level
- Good stakeholder management both internally and externally
- Works equally well in a structured or unstructured environment
Experience Required:
- Ideally you will have experience selling solutions to Retailers/Food & Bev industries and/or the mobile, digital or software space
- Proven ability to win and grow business through well thought and proactive engagement
- Face to Face meeting management with clients
- Revenue Target experience
- Sales quota achiever
- Knowledge of CRM
