International remedial and civil engineering company is searching for a Business Development Manager to join their remedial team in Sydney. The company has been involved in some of the World’s largest remedial and repair projects and are looking to add to their team to maintain and grow their revenue.

The role:

• Target new business and projects in NSW
• Work with established and dynamic team
• Maintain effective liaison with the customers
• Attend sales meetings and report to the NSW Manager
• Help develop business development plan
• Participate in planning and preparing tenders, bids and proposals

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in Business Development in remedial, civil engineering or concrete structures (or similar)
• A database of networks and strong market knowledge
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Solid work history
• Ability to market and problem solve
• Can do attitude
• Very good computer skills
