As our business grows, we are constantly developing and growing the business structure & teams to ensure a strong and stable base for continued growth into the future. We have reached a stage where the next key building block is bringing an experienced sales manager into our team to drive efficiencies, increase structure and maximise revenues.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE THAT:

Is experienced, enthusiastic, results-driven and who can build, lead and drive our national sales force.

Has a proven track record in managing a high performing sales team and achieving sales targets.

Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple different personalities.

Has sound mentoring, coaching and negotiation skills, and is willing to work with the strong personalities that comprise our sales team.

Can work closely with the operational and logistics areas of the business, provide timely customer feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Has the ability to adapt and excel in a fast growing business

Has passion for the agricultural and horticultural industry

 

WHO YOU ARE

You are a charismatic leader with a very strong personality, having excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to motivate and engage a sales team to perform at their best.

You have proven management experience of a high performing sales team. While your grounding may include Key Account Management it will also be strong in motivating, coaching, training and supporting a sales team in the field and on the ground to create impressive sales results. 

You have commercial acumen along with P&L management experience and have the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics. 

You are able to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets, create processes for analysis and measurement, and feed back to the board of directors in a timely manner.

You are an excellent problem solver and are successful in managing challenging relationships with proven people management skills.

You have a sound working knowledge of CRM programs, MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite.
