Overseas Chef Placement (OCP) is a related entity to The Sydney Collective Hospitality Group. OCP is a young boutique business for placing international chefs with work sponsor visa's into leading hospitality venues across Australia.
This is a unique role and therefore will attract an ambitious and highly experienced BDM who knows their market and how to build a new pipeline within it. The role is not a 360 role, with candidate pipeline in situ, however it is all encompassing and includes the following;
About the Role
- Strategically plan market development
- Prospecting for new clients via cold calling, advertising and networking
- Leverage off existing clients and develop relationships continued growth
- Liase with international talent attraction company for candidate skills profile pipeline
- Cold calling as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify key decision makers within organisations through research and building new client relationships
- Manage visa application processing with stakeholders and clients
About you:
- Passionate about Hospitality recruitment and smashing targets set out
- High degree of personal organisation and time management skills
- Creative problem solver who thrives on overcoming objections
- Exceptional presentation skills both verbal and written
- Strong team player who can work under pressure
- Well developed negotiation skills to successfully navigate the myriad of stakeholders in placement process
- Minimum 3 years within Hospitality recruitment management
