Job Description
Are you interested to take that next step to level up your career and become Sales Representative at Doka Formwork Australia?
Doka Group is expanding its presence in Victoria and as such a position has become available for a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of new and current clients through the sale of Doka solutions and products. You will be responsible to expand Doka’s presence in Victoria and increase sales so as to strengthen Doka’s position in the market. You will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager in Melbourne, Victoria.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- To identify and solicit potential customers and projects to secure business
- To respond to sales enquires and convert them into orders
- To prepare and present proposals to clients to meet their requirements
- To track the fulfillment of each project delivery closely
- To achieve the annual sales target assigned by Head of Sales
Qualifications
Required (Education and Technical)
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience with international system formwork supplier or supplier to the construction industry
- Experience in selling a premium product
- Strong sales management skills especially in negotiation and closing
- Australian construction industry knowledge and experience
- Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred (Skills and Background)
- Sales and rental experience in system formwork
- Experience selling in the construction industry in Australia
- Bachelor degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Industrial or Construction) or business (Marketing)
