The job opportunity is working for a world-leading company that is experiencing 100% growth every 6 months and expanding globally. They develop and install high-tech digital media AV systems in retail spaces across Australia, Asia and Europe. Their clients showcase their products and services on the AV systems and take advantage of the massive exposure these systems generate. We work hard and play hard and due to this unprecedented explosion of growth we’ve been able to create this new position to make your own.

The Role

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic and ready to step into this role with the vision of growing at an explosive pace. Your role would consist of speaking with business owners on ways of increasing their Sales, Brand Awareness, Repeat Buyers and in-store traffic.

This role is designed for those outstanding candidates who are eager to excel and are driven to exceed expectations.

We are looking to expand with our head office in South Melbourne and looking for driven people to join our team and play a pivotal role in this growth.

Key Accountabilities   

  • Self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities.
  • Achieving set sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
  • Ensuring that clients understand all aspects of the product and services.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidates for this position does not necessarily need experience, but must be hungry, motivated, dynamic and extremely results focused. In particular you must have:

  • excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • a positive attitude, with an unyielding passion for success
  • good organisational skills, accompanied with the drive to earn
  • ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

 

Benefits and Perks

  • Realistic OTE of $150,000 – $200,000 with high achievers earning well in excess.
  • Work flexible hours
  • Monday to Saturday
  • Opportunity for National and International relocation.
