Respected high end builder looking for a Penthouse Residential Sales Professional
Your new company
Hays is allied with this multiple award winning high end multi-residential builder. They have been in the market for over 20 years providing high spec renovations, townhouses and homes initially but now have a sole focus on quality multi-residential builds. They pride themselves on their superior quality and design, in turn, becoming one of Australia’s most sought after property developers.
Your new role
You will be responsible for generating brand awareness and pro-actively marketing to the high end clientele in order to generate sales in the residential penthouse space. You will be required to transfer inquiries in to sales and help facilitate the communications between the builder and the customer for all off the plan sales. You will have the opportunity to continue brand development for the organisation and bring in new business and sales to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record of sales and display sales in Queensland, preferably in the high end market of Inner Brisbane. It would be ideal if prior to this you had a successful residential sales background preferably in the apartment market. You will need to be immaculately presented as this position is often the face of the business and additionally you will need excellent communication skills, both verbally and written as communication is a key aspect of the role.
