Cadia is a leading wholesaler of plumbing tools & equipment to our Australian-wide customer base.

We are now seeking a technically minded and customer focused person to join our friendly team, based at our new offices in Narrambla business park in Orange. 

If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are capable  of juggling a range of priorities, and enjoy contributing to a dynamic company, this role could be ideal for you.

With an emphasis on providing superior customer service, through quick turnaround of quotes and responsiveness to customers, as well as providing a range of support functions to the busy Sales Team, this position requires a person who is able to relate well to people both within the office and externally.

You must be reliable and competent, and previous experience in a company providing equipment to the plumbing / water management industries would be an advantage.  The successful candidate will enjoy excellent working conditions and the satisfaction of contributing to the expansion of the company. 

Our successful candidate will possess: 

  1. Advanced organisational and administrative skills (including fluency in Microsoft Office)
  2. Strong customer service skills, great communication and a determination to go the extra mile to provide a superior customer experience
  3. An energetic and enthusiastic outlook
  4. Technical knowledge or familiarity with our products would be an advantage
