This is a Senior position to work for a global leader within the HVAC, Automation and Commercial Security space. This role will be managing a key global account, giving huge growth personal opportunities.

Description

Specific Accountability's:

Business Planning & Goals

  • Working internally with key stakeholders in order to implement the approved growth business plans/account management strategy
  • Proactively partner with Senior Management (internal/external) in implementing processes and strategies to enhance the vertical performance and value
  • Working across all lines of business to generate new business by promoting the expansion of my clients solutions with existing and new clients
  • Partner with APAC/Pacific Sales Teams with special project planning
  • Provide effective communication and use standard reporting in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Responsible for Secured Bookings and GM across Pacific

Communication and Reporting

  • Provide Secured Bookings, GM, Pipeline & Forecast reports/reviews in accordance to Sales Cadence
  • Clearly communicate business risks
  • Undertake monthly local team and branch meetings (internal & external), keeping relevant staff informed
  • Lead the improvement on strategy and systems
  • Implementation of standardized reporting systems (external requests)

Motivate, Coach and Lead

  • Motivate self and others to perform at optimum levels through leading, coaching and motivating

Process and Quality Controls

  • Ensure procedures and processes are adhered to and monitored with quality control audits and measures in place - a required
  • Implementation of systems to ensure contract KPI’s are achieved

Profile

Qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification is required for this position, or experience to an equivalent level.
  • Minimum of 5 years account management experience is required for this role
  • National Account experience within an operational/service industry is desirable

Knowledge and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience and history of achievement in:
  • Being a leader and motivator within the business to achieve set objectives;
  • Sound time management - proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloads;
  • Business Planning - must demonstrate ability to effectively build short, med & long term strategic business plans
  • Advanced organisational and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely manner
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Forecasting and Scheduling
  • Use is Salesforce Altify, Service Max, Iscala, MAStermind and Pronto are desirable

Presentation Skills

  • Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports and bosses.
  • Is effective both inside and outside the organization, on both cool data and hot and controversial topics.
  • Commands attention and can manage group process during the presentation
  • Can change tactics midstream when something isn’t working
