Global Packaging's sister company CHEFMASTER AUSTRALIA have a fantastic Business Manager opportunity available. CHEFMASTER are a growing company who are based in 2 states and provide to the hospitality industry.
Your new company :
We are a well established leading hospitality company who distributes quality products throughout Australia. We offer a wide range of food packaging solutions to over 4000 customers around Australia, with new products being added on a weekly basis.
Your new role :
As the Business Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and will have full responsibility of the day to day running of the West Australian and South Australian Branches. You will lead a team of 9 staff comprising of those in internal sales, external sales, warehousing and administration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales team to meet sales targets
- Building a team environment and boosting morale
- Maintaining working relationships with key accounts
- An ability to deal with customer complaints and problem solving
- Coaching internal sales staff on maximizing sales leads and call conversion rates
What you need :
A strong background and knowledge of HR is a must.
Experience as a team leader with a proven track record in overseeing a team of people achieving multi million dollar sales budgets. You must have a strong management background in working with a team of individuals with a solid focus on sales growth. You must be prepared to work closely with the Managing Director on developing new sales markets, monthly promotions and industry specific sales targets.
An employment history in hospitality is advantageous but not essential.
