Our Client is a leading provider of development advisory and project management services across Australia. They are a well-recognized brand in the market with a great reputation and culture. Due to the continued success of the business they are now looking to complement their team with a Business Development Manager (BDM)
Reporting to the State Manager and with the support of the National BDM you will be responsible for implementing the businesses sales strategy in NSW whilst identifying and converting additional local opportunities. In addition to this you will have responsibility for managing the bid, proposal and tender process including some copy writing.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A degree qualification
- Previous sales and relationship management experience
- An understanding of, and passion for the Property industry
- The ability to multitask
- A strong appetite for networking and relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to bid and submission management
- Excellent written communication skills
You will have the opportunity to manage an existing National Client base and Marketing strategy as well as build upon this network with local opportunities. You will have an opportunity to forge a long-term career with a supportive, collaborative and high performing business.
This role will suit someone already in a BDM role in the property space or someone who is already part of the industry, enjoys networking and wants to forge a career in Business Development and Marketing.
