Flower Power is Australia's largest Garden & Landscape Centre retail group with 10 beautiful Garden & Landscape centres, 2 wholesale sites & extensive growing operations across Sydney.
Based at Glenorie we require an energetic outgoing individual to assist our Services Manager in a variety of associated responsibilities & duties. In a role that would ideally suit a person with a Horticultural, Landscape, Sales or similar background, this role will see you working in varied duties such as:
- Research & cold calling for future business
- Generation and quoting of Trade Sales business
- Promoting sales of new and existing Garden care franchises
- Sales support and product information to landscape contractors
- Plan & implement strategies to identify opportunities, penetrate new business and expand market share
- Quickly develop rapport and trust with prospective clients
Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:
- A background in the landscape horticulture, sales or similar industry
- Strong horticultural –or- sales knowledge (ideally both)
- A commonsense and practical approach in dealing with a wide group including Landscape contractors, Builders, Schools, Clubs, Flower Power customers, staff and management
- Network skills
- Demonstrate persistence
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Competency with Microsoft office
