Two Providores supply specialty artisan produce and dry-store essentials to quality restaurants, cafes, retailers and caterers. We are a wholesale distributor based in Sydney who are committed to making great food accessible to everyone.

In your role as Account Manager you are integral to the success of Two Providores, ensuring existing customer accounts are managed and new accounts are sourced to achieve quarterly sales growth targets.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with all stakeholders including chefs, owners and venue managers.

Account Managers liaise between customers and our cross-functional internal teams, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to the customer's needs.

In this role you will….

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders including chefs, owners and managers
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment across the business when directed
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to customers as well as internally to the senior team
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • An understanding of industry best practices and trends across restaurants, cafes, corporate catering, hotels, retail and delis
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and ensuring customer expectation are not only met but continually exceeded
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Identify suitable products and provide samples to customers as appropriate
  • Cross selling, upselling and identifying target accounts to achieve sales and margin growth
