INTERNAL SALES
Atlantis Corporation is looking for an Internal Sales professional for our Chatswood based office.
Atlantis is a dynamic company passionate about the environment and provides innovative solutions to the water management, landscape and green infrastructure sectors through our customers such as builders, landscapers, plumbers and civil contractors.
THE ROLE:
The Internal Sales role focuses on providing customer service and general support for our customers.
You will support transactional sales with repeat/existing customers. As your experience and training develops, we see you being able to answer customer enquiries that lead to solutions with Atlantis products.
Ideally your excellent interpersonal skills and bright personality will enable you to rapidly build relationships with clients and other associated B2B contacts. No cold calling required.
The majority of your time will be providing telephone support and sales team assistance, however on occasion you will assist our customers in person should they visit our office.
Activities
- Liaising with potential customers through inbound leads (website, calls) with regards to their order requirements
- Generating and sending quotes from client communication/leads using CRM software
- Follow-up on all sent quotes
- Inputting orders from clients into CRM software
- Liaising with Production Manager and Sales Manager regarding new orders
- Invoicing clients when required
- Liaising with logistics staff to organise delivery of product
- Follow-up with past clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- General administrative duties as required (Reception, filing, etc.)

Essential Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proactive
- Have good attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience using Salesforce or other operational software
- Consultative sales/customer service skills
Days/Hours
- Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Parking onsite
