ABOUT THIS JOB:

• Selling off the plan homes to our client our diverse range of product will mean that you are able to assist majority of the market! 
• Your "shop front" will be one of our stunning display homes located in the busy and affordable southern corridor however client meetings can vary between the display home and their homes.
• You'll need to attend our state of the art head office in Stirling twice a week for training and other meetings.

ABOUT THE SUPPORT WE PROVIDE: 

• We offer you the choice of completing your own sketches and quotes (for those who are experienced) OR:
• You can take advantage of submitting sketches and quotes to our in house design and estimating departments (NOTHING is off-shored at AVELING). 
• We provide a comprehensive Training Induction program for those who've not sold New Homes before with a shortened "Aveling Induction" for those who have. 
• Our core values and beliefs stem from treating all stakeholders with mutual respect, integrity and sensitivity - which is how you'll be treated from day one. 

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

• You MUST have a background in either New Home Sales OR be a top ranking performer in a BDM or Account Management position.  
• You'll have the ability to engage trust - and build relationships FAST.
• Your home life needs to be very stable and flexible as the reality of this role is you will need to be available at short notice and odd hours to keep up with the competitive nature of the industry.
• Your communication skill set will be on point. 
• You'll need to be able to provide us with a current and clean National Police Clearance.
