Our Toyota Fleet Management QLD department located in Milton is currently seeking to appoint a State Manager on a permanent fulltime basis due to an internal transfer.
Reporting to the Head of Fleet Sales, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Achievement of the new business targets for Assets Managed, Funding Option, Fleet Services, Salary Packaging and Novated leasing, through the active targeting and securing of prospect customers through structured selling methodologies
  • Take a leadership position in managing the One Toyota relationship with TMCA and Lexus Fleet, TMHA and HINO to present a unique selling proposition
  • Achieve portfolio growth and customer retention targets through the pro-active management of existing Customers using TFM’s Key Account Management and SPIN selling disciplines/methodologies
  • Gather appropriate market intelligence to assist TFM understand local market conditions
  • Support TFS Retail F&I to win and retain new Toyota Family Dealerships under retain and wholesale funding arrangements
  • Ensure all credit reviews are conducted in accordance with policy and in a timely manner
  • Implement appropriate pricing structures to maximise revenue and minimise future losses
  • Actively engage with the Dealer network to build a trusted relationship for mutual business growth
  • Promote and lead a  business culture whereby every sales opportunity is regarded as a potential to increase TFM's profitability
  To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
  • 5 - 8 years Fleet Leasing and Fleet Management experience
  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • People management experience and sales team leadership
