AIDA and its members are Australia's leading independent beverage distributors, distributing Australia's leading brands such as Lipton Ice Tea, Red Bull, Bundaberg Brewed drinks, Nu pure beverages and many others. Our focus is distributing strictly independent beverage brands with a niche market positioning into the route channel.

You will be travelling to all suburbs within the designated region and greater metropolitan areas. Your role is to ensure AIDA'S product range is presented to the highest standards and in line with their premium position in the market.

The role will ensure you gain a sound understanding of FMCG and beverages which could open future doors within the industry working with market leading brands.

This roles main purpose will be to support our leading beverage brands within the route and independent supermarket channel by fulfilling merchandising activities including:

• All aspects of merchandising for AIDA products.
• Placement and set up of new fridges.
• Maintaining maximum visibility, planogram compliance, and ensuring premium presentation of products.
• Placing Point of Sale and execution of any marketing campaigns.

To ensure success within the team you must have:

• Proven customer service skills (any field) with the ability to identify and communicate solutions when required.
• Vibrant and energetic personality and be able to work well in a team environment.
• A sound knowledge of computers including maintaining databases and the ability to upload photos.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
