With a bright and exciting future ahead of us, we are searching for an National Account Executive to join our dynamic Hygiene Home eCommerce Sales Team.  

 

The National Account Executive reports to the National Account Manager and is based in our brand new, state of the art offices in Sydney's CBD at World Square. 

 

This role is responsible for assisting in the implementation of customer strategy for our key e-commerce customers and executing business growth plans. You will become an expert within the dynamic eCommerce space as you get exposure to both sales and e-commerce responsibilities together.

 

  • Direct portfolio management including customer facing and P&L responsibility
  • Opportunity to tap into white spaces/ bring in new business (both individually and supporting NAMs)
  • Developing/assist with management of the local e-commerce business strategy/execution
  • Production of Sales Management reporting (standardised reports daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Provide sales trend insights to the business team along with recommendations regarding Pricing & Promotional strategies
  • Effectively utilize & ability to train others to use ACNielsen, Aztec, & internal systems
  • Development of shopper and category strategies
  • Support account management and day to day activation of RB portfolio online across all platforms including B&C’s, Marketplace and Pure Players.
  • Ensure best in class activation across all platforms: Driving in & out of platform UV, exploding conversion, and building basket & repeat initiatives. Reflection of offline activity online and capturing key event activations.
  • Drive content agenda online internally and with platform & agency partners
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers and agencies to ensure they deliver a demonstrable ROI
  • Ensure forecasting process is delivered within given timelines and above budget where possible

 

Is this You?

 

  • Minimum University educated (to Bachelors level) in a Commercial Subject
  • 1-2 years Sales or Marketing experience within an FMCG organisation
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Previously sales analytical experience is preferably
  • Strong sense of urgency and achievement
  • Resilient and able to respond under pressure
  • Able to work autonomously & provide independent opinions
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Internationally mobile for career development opportunities
