MiX Telematics is a global provider of fleet management, driver safety and in vehicle monitoring services. Selling software as a solution, MiX Telematics partners with clients to provide solutions for the management of mobile assets to improve safety and efficiency.
The Head of Sales role reports directly to the Managing Director and leads the sales teams across Australasia.
You will be responsible for developing the strategic Sales plan and implementing this to drive sustained improvement in business performance and maintain the continued growth of MiX Telematics in Australasia.
You will develop sales budgets and forecasts, analyse markets and trends, implement and monitor team plans to ensure objectives are achieved whilst co-ordinating all sales activities to maintain and increase connections and revenue.
This role would suit an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic Sales executive with:
- Proven experience in delivering results through managing budgets, forecasting and resources
- Experience in identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients
- Developed and implemented strategic sales plans ensuring these are achieved
- Experience in managing people for results
- Proven experience within this or a relevant industry
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills
